Visting Usa While I-130 Is Being Processed

I've submitted I-130 form for my spouse. It may take couple of more months for USCIS to start processing it. Now, in the mean time can i apply for Visiting visa for my spouse?

Or will that hinder or delay the I-130 processing? please advice me.
