hi Everyone,
My parents visitor visa got rejected on May 18th on the basis of 214(b).
When I refered to 214(b), it is due to lack of strong ties in India. But both my parents are government employees and they still have 1 yr of service. Also they have showed the property documents too. If they want to apply for the 2nd time, wht documents should they have in addtion. As nothing would change materialistically with 2 months.
My guess is that the VO overlooked their service documents.
Another concern is that I entered US as F-1 Student, got my H-1 but not yet stamped. My passport has still F-1 Visa. Do you think if this is problem for their denial?
Thanks in Advance
