Reentry with B2 - any paperwork?

We have B2 visas, first time in the US. We plan to go on holiday to the Bahamas from the States in summer. Our visas are valid until fall. Do we need to fill/send any traveling forms before leaving the country?

Are you traveling by ship or by flight?

We would like to travel by flight. I ask it because visitors with J-1 visa need to take a travel form before leaving the country (as they will come back to the US with the same visa. Thanks.
