  • I-134 Affidavit of Support

I am going to submit a I-134 form for my brother-in-law (wife's brother) and need help in filling out some information. There is a section where it states "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons."
I submitted petitions for my parents back in 2010 which got approved, and they got their green cards. Since then, my parents did not like living here and ended up returning the green cards to the US Embassy in New Delhi. My mother passed away 2 years ago. My question is that do I still need to mention both of them in this section?

Yes, and provide the same explanation you just gave us in your message.
