I am a green card holder. We applied for US Tourist VISA for my parents and my sisters son who is 16. My parents got the VISA but my nephews VISA was rejected. We want to reapply. Can you please advise how we can reapply and prove that he will come back to India. We had provided documents of admission into school for next academic year. They did not check any document that was provided.
My sister has an apartment in Bangalore and is working. She is divorced. She had visited me two years ago and already has a multiple entry tourist VISA.
