My Mum is a Zimbabwe National - She has Permanent Residency in the United Kingdom since July 2017.
Should she apply for a B2 Visa or an ESTA? She does not have an electronically readable passport + she has to wait one year to apply for a UK Passport, but we would like to travel to the USA this August.
We have tried contacting the US Embassy, but they do not answer Visa enquiries via phone.
