Visitor Visa for my Brother in law family

Hello Everyone

I am a green card holder. I am planning to sponsor visitor visa to my brother in law family to visit me.

My questions are:

Can i sponsor visitor visa to them?
Will my permanent residency affects their visa getting rejected?
Can my brother in law self sponsor visitor visa after i send invite?
How long he can get visitor visa?

Which is safe. Myself sponsoring or my brother in law self sponsoring. Please advise.

Yes, you can sponsor by filling form I134.

Will my permanent residency affects their visa getting rejected?

No, but your wife's status need to be shown in their application (as they are real brother-sister).

Can my brother in law self sponsor visitor visa after i send invite?

Yes, we can sponsor himself

How long he can get visitor visa?

No one can answer that

Which is safe. Myself sponsoring or my brother in law self sponsoring. Please advise.

Self sponsoring is best & have higher visa approval chances.
