Visitor Visa refused but still written on website " your passport is still with us co

Hi
My visitor Visa application has been refused with my wife and child. Then I check my id to take another appointment but there has been written like " your passport is still with US consulate.... Whereas my all passport has been given me back by consulate

Seems like they forgot to update the status of the application, since the visa is anyhow rejected.
