HI AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME...yesterday i re entered the u.s after benn on a 6 month overstay. i have a lot of stamps and never was overstaying as a tourist....my question is: is the system that bad? i mean, they had to see it!! lucky me. but how do you analize that?? maybe the fact i have a lot of stamps?? thanks in advance. it is good to be back. i left the country las time in december..and returned now

ok i will clarify it to you. i was in the u.s from feb/2005 to jan/2006. that shows i was 6 months more than i was allowed to stay, ok?

so, when i was exiting the u.s i did not surrender my I-94 to no one. and flew back to my country....that was 3 months ago...then i decided to go to the u.s again....and here i am!!!

how come?? people told me about APIS, databases..all sort of things. i entered afrter being 6 monyhs overstay.

Really it is Surprising. Like u , i used to visit USA from 2000.

In my first 3 visits i retuened back to my home country in time

and 4th time that is in 2004 i overstayed for 85 days and returned

to my home. It is almost 2 years over, now i wish to visit USA on

my exisisting multiple 10 year visa.

Now every one says according to section 222(g) , who stays even a

single day beyond their I-94, their multiple visa will be cancelled/void

automatically. In your case its not happend, hope u did some majic at

POE.

Which POE, u have taken entry? Please send ur suggestions. THANKS.

It is possible that someone at the port of entry did not check it properly.

But that does not mean everyone else would be allowed to enter who overstayed previously.
