HI all,
My mother is visiting US on a visitor visa, the six month stay was over and we have applied for extension for another 4 months before 45 days of her 6 month stay period expiry.
We have received the receipt notice but not yet any decision.
In return her ticket is booked with British Airways.
My question is whether she can travel via London with out any transit visa( DATV - Direct AirSide Transit visa).
Her visa is valid in the passport but I-94 is expired.
Members, please let me know if tansit visa is required or not.
