Dear Members.. My H1b is set to expire on Aug2018 end. Hopefully next month (June 2018) I will submit for extension & will get the receipt by end of the month. Am I eligible to apply for my in-law's Visitor visa while I have few months visa left or later when the visa is expired & I am on the extension. I am in a little critical situation and hopefully, with your suggestion, I will get a solution. Thanks in advance.
