  • Officer made a mistake but will I face consequences?

    Good Day,

My german grandma holds a B2 Visa and visited me in the US for 180days. When she entered the US, the immigration officer stamped her passport to admit her stay until Feb 29 2018 . Although February only had 28 days and my grandma left on March 1st which was technically the same length of stay as if there would have been 29days in February. Will she face any consequences when she will re-enter the US later this year to visit me?

Thank you very much for clarification.

I wouldn't have thought this would be an issue. You should have her look up her I-94 on this site https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

Have her click on get most recent I-94 at the top of the page and input the required information, I believe it's name, passport number, DOB, simple things like that. This will have all of her entry and exit dates and you can check for accuracy on there, but as I say, I am sure it's not an issue considering there wasn't a February 29th.
