Hi,
I'm planning to renew my parents B2 visa since it has expired after 10 years. To renew it, do they qualify for passport drop off option? or do they need to go to consulate office for an interview? Their B2 visa expired within the last one year, their names haven't changed and they visited US on their previous B2 visa a couple of times? Their previous B2 visa was granted in Apr 2008.
Please help asap with links or evidence to your answer.
