I have question reagrding I-134 (section 8). Dependent upon me for support.

My wife is also working, Does she comes under 'Wholly Dependent' or 'Partially Dependent' or Not Dependent at all....

I am sponsoring for my mother-in-law visa.

You can put 'Partially Dependent'. It really does not matter much.
