I live in USA and I am applying USA B2 Visa for my parents. I read on immihelp that if you dont have last name in Passport, fill FNU in first name.
But I am confused about what name should go in the person paying for your trip or contact person in USA in my parents' DS-160.

My name in Bank Accounts: Neha LNU
My name in Visa: FNU, Neha

What name should I write in Person paying for trip ?
