B2 VISA Question

Hi,
My daughter has been offered a place at Tampa University next Aug 2019. Whilst i am not worried about her visa I am wondering if a B2 visa could be used for my wife and I to live in the USA for the duration of her studies (she is our only child).
I own my business and would be paid directly from the UK each week / month and will have enough money to ensure we are self sufficient. It will mean that I will work during UK times for my UK business - emails and calls etc.
What are the possibilities of being granted a 4 year visa?

B2 visa generally allows you to stay in USA for 6 month & you can extend your stay to total 1 year only once.

Second, One of the main requirement for B2 visa is to show strong ties to your home country, which you will not fulfill by staying long in USA.

You can still get the visa & keep moving between London & USA. But cannot stay here for 4 years.
