Can i Visit my boyfriend in US back and forth on VISITOR VISA?

Hi there,

Can i visit my boyfriend in US to stay couple of months with him and go back before 6 months period ends and come back again after after sometime? My bf has his H1B file in process so he does not want to take risk to come to India. So i was thinking to visit him instead. Would i face any problem at immigration?

FYI, i went to US last month for travelling with parents for about 20 days. So, Would i face any problems if i go back again in 2-3 months?

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

I guess you too are from India. In that case, whatever time you spend in USA, you'll need to stay in your home country longer than that. For example, if you stay in USA for 2 months, plan to stay in India for more than 2 months before returning.

This way you can avoid any issues.

Yes, i am from India too. Previously, i traveled on Visitor visa.

You are good to visit, just prepare a good reason for each of your visit - like planning to visit certain city. Visiting boyfriend is not a valid reason.
