Very urgent Pleassssssssssse

Hi,

I have all the papers ready and am filling out the I 134 and will be sending it to india today. For the point where i have to fill that I have previosly submitted affidavit of support should i put my dads name also even on the affidavit i am making on his behalf.

Heres the scenario.

2001 I had applied for my mom, dad and brother and their Visa got rejected
2002 I applied for my mom and dad and their visa got rejected

now i am applying again for my mom and dad. I cannot put all 3 names on my dads affidavit as there are only 2 rows. Shoukd i just put my moms and brothers in my dads affidavit and my dads and brothers in my moms affidavit. Will that be ok.

Plllllllllllllllllease suggest.

Second row: Put mom name/dad name

No need to put names of previous applicants if it is 3 years old from appt.date.
