Please guide me on the area of the Ties to home Country. Here is what I have :
a.) I work here in Nigeria, as a Solutions architect, Not married. I develop software Solutions / applications for Banks, Telecoms, Oil and gas sector.
b.) I have a good Salary with my payslips for the timeline i worked, As they always send my payslips to my email after the money has been paid into my Bank account.
c.) My office supervisor is willing to give me a Letter of Introduction, Bank statement and a sworn affidavit of sponsorship to confirm that I am being sponsored by the company to go for the conference etc
d.) I am the heir to my fathers properties here in Nigeria, hence i wanted to get another sworn affidavit which also affirms that i am the rightful heir to that property as it stands (Landed Properties etc.)
e.) I have an already confirmed Flight reservation ticket which confirms I would be going and returning to and from Texas, USA (Leave and return to Nigeria to be very precise).
f.) I have a proposal for a Microfinance Banking Solution I recently submitted, hence I wanted to print it and carry it along with me to the Embassy to show to them as further proof of Ties to home country etc
Then i can come with my own documents. Bank Statements etc. Do you think I stand a good chance for a US Visa
