Hi,
I had a couple of questions again for you regarding I-539 form..
1. What are the best possible reasons one could give for an extension on I-539 form??
2. Also what are the consequences of mentioning that you have been employed to facilitate your stay...I mean it obviously cannot be authorised by USCIC office...So it's catch-22.If you tell them that ur employed,is there a chance that they may deny your extension.Otherwise how could you possibly support yourself...i mean what could you tell them...ways your are supporting urself without working??
I hope I didnt confuse you on the 2nd question...basically I want to know what to fill in that column...employed or unemployed.and if unemployed how are we supporting our stay??
3.What are the chances of an extension being granted??what are the most generic factors which decide this...??
Thanks and regards
