My USA B2 refused

  • My USA B2 refused

    Hello dear all form members and guests i would like to share my interview experience in Doha Qatar,
    travel history -Thailand Europe Malaysia Singapore and UK.

    Interview scheduled Morning 8.15 in USA embassy, Vo was middle aged lady brown hair.
    VO. Good morning
    ME . v good morning mam
    VO. pass your passport please.
    Me. sure mam here it is
    Vo. have you paid your visa fee.
    ME. yes mam i have done.
    VO. may i see receipt.
    ME. show her .
    VO. Do you have relative in Canada.
    ME. (i was so surprised why so she asking about Canada but i got recently refusal from Canada) well no mam i have nobody in Canada.
    VO. are you applied for Canadian visa ? right ?
    me. yes mam i did
    VO then did you got issued a visa or refusal ?
    ME. i got refused from Canada.
    VO. okey
    VO. what is your purpose of visit in USA ?
    ME. its tourism purpose.
    VO.okey. are you married or with kids ?
    ME. no mam im single.
    VO. okey so explain me about your trip to the USA
    ME. well mam i would like to experience of snow and see the celebration of new year or Christmas.
    VO. OKEY. do you have job latter ?
    ME yes here its.
    VO. check and typing something in system.
    VO. how long you have been working here ?
    ME . since 4 n half year.
    VO . okey may i see your bank statement ?
    ME. show her.
    after some typing in the system give me green paper 214b and say unfortunately i cant give you visa this tym.
    what was the wrong here maybe she consider Canada refusal ? or what ? please suggest me what should i do next

    more than likely it's not only because of your Canadian visa refusal, it's also the fact that except for your job you have absolutely no ties to your home country. you are single= immigration risk, you never mentioned parents or any family in Doha=Immigration risk, you did provide a bank statement and job letter where you've been for 4.5 years-= immigration risk without other supporting evidence. you could easily go to the US for a "Visit" and meet someone and get married and try to adjust status to become a permanent resident, this means you can get work authorization, and leave your old life behind and start a new job and life in the US. to summarize No Strong Ties to your home country= No Visa

      But im living with my family here. She ask me only about my marriage thats why i did not present her about family documentation i thought she will consider desperation about getting the visa . Do you think there any bright chance if i applied again with my family ?
