I have these
- conference invitation.
- Payment receipt
- hotel reservation confirmation
- letter of introduction confirming that I am coming for the conference and would return (from my employer)
- letter for leave approval
Bank statement from my employer

And an ID card from my work place..
What else am I missing in order to get B1/B2 visa?

You should apply for only "B1" not "B1/B2".

You'll need proof of your employment (initial offer letter, current payslips, visiting card, your bank statement), proof of company's business like their website, letter from company that they'll bear all expenses. etc.

Ahh, yes Payslips i have those I will attach those too, very good, thanks for advising me on that. My Bank statements? I am not the one sponsoring the trip, its my employer and in the Letter of introduction, it was stated there that they have made all form of disbursements of funds (45% of the whole lot) for the trip. Do i need to come with my bank statements, asides the one for my Employer too?

On the company letter head paper, it has their website and email as well, and it also bears the stamp of the company

On my DS-160, after selecting B , i selected conference which turned out to be B-1, so i am glad i am not missing anything on that part. Kindly advise me further

You need your bank statement to prove that the payslips are not merely a printout. Salary deposit matching to your payslips will be shown in Bank statements & it helps.

Carrying more documents are still better than getting visa rejected in absence of them.

Also, keep all originals only (unless it is an electronic copy) - VO won't keep any original except your passport. If needed they'll make copy of that original & keep the copy only.
