Which visa class to choose for parents visitor visa during scheduling appointment ?

Hi All,

I am in process of scheduling appointment for my parents.which visa class should be selected for parents visiting USA in CGIFEDERAL website ? I see the below 3 options to choose from

B1 - VISITOR FOR BUSINESS
B1/B2 - VISITOR FOR BUSINESS AND PLEASURE
B2 - VISITOR FOR PLEASURE OR MEDICAL TREATMENT

I am not sure if it will be B1/B2 or B2 , can someone please answer ?

For parents visiting their kids - you should apply for "B2" only. Mostly they will get B1/B2 both - but application will be for "B2" only.
