Name on Visitors Visa to USA

Hi,

My father got Visitors Visa to USA and he just realized that on his Visa they have put his MIDDLE name under his Surname/Last name and his FIRST and MIDDLE NAME under Given Name. He got his Visa issued from Bombay Embassy. He lives in Delhi now. What should he do? Is it OK, if his Middle name in under Surname or does he needs to get it corrected? Should he go to Bomaby Embassy or get it done in Delhi Embassy? He is flying to US in 2 weeks time frame. Please HELP ME ! THANKS.

So where is Last name printed? is that not printed at all?
If that is printed then I think you are good to go. but call and/or email Mumbai consulate or VFS to confirm

His Last name is printed along with his First name, but Middle name is printed in Surname field.
