Hi All,
I need some advice. I have booked B2 tourist visa appointment for my widowed mother-in-law and sister-in-law in March. My sister-in-law is a final year BDS student and we would like them to visit us as this will be our last year in the US and would like them to visit us before we head back to India. My mother-in-law is a homemaker and receives my father-in-law's government pension and along with that she has several properties in her name which she helps manage and receives rent from them which along with the pension is their source of income.
I have been reading several user experiences of widowed moms and unmarried sons/daughters being rejected. I wanted to check with all of you ppl whether considering the profiles on mother-in-law & sister-in-law, do they stand a chance of getting their visas approved? What are the factors that they should highlight to help the VO understand that they have no intention of immigrating permanently to the US? Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks....
