What is the USCIS physical exam? The USCIS, or United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, exam was established to screen immigrants interested in living in the US. When most people think of a physical exam, they think of a medical exam that involves a basic history and physical and perhaps some screening lab testing. The Form i-693 medical exam, on the other hand, is not your run-of-the-mill physical. Instead, it involves the completion of various forms and tests to make sure you are medically clear before you stay in the United States and engage with its residents.
