My parents visitor visa was refused twice last year. The second time we used a senator and that did not work either, now they have appointment in Dec and we are wondering if we should use the senator again or not?

Any suggestions?

I have been following this forum for the last five months. Most of the people think that there is no pattern for denials. But I think in every rejection there is a strong reason behind it. If you agree or not there is a logic behind every rejection.

People that post here about their cases may not give all the details. Most of the times people whose visitor visas are denied are frustrated and failed to understand what caused the denial.

You have to carefully analyze why a particular case is denied. There are certain things that will surely cause a visa get denied. There are certain things will help in getting the visa. You have to present your case the best possible way by minimizing the chances for the rejection AND maximizing the chances for approval.
