How do I get visa appointment date on-line using VFS website

Any help will be appreciated.

My in-laws were denied tourist visa last month. I am trying to get new date on following web-site. I have never seen such a lousy web-site for such a important work but that's different story.

How do I get dates on that web-site ? This is the link I used
https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/Home.aspx and from there I went to link "Apply For a Non-immigrant visa", I completed DS-156 and that's it. It did not give me any confirmation number or appointment date. I got message that my application is saved and I can get appointment within 7 days otherwise application will be deleted.

I had the same issue. After you finished D-156 form you have to finish D-157 then only you can go further otherwise it keeps saying the same message you got it. Once you finish of the D-157 then you get more links like "Do you want to add another applicant" or Get appoint kind of button.
