I lost my passport!!!!!!!plz help me

Hello,

I lost my passport with US visa n I 94 till 17th Dec 2006(six months)I dont know wat to do.If i get a new passport from consulate....how will I get a new visa n I 94 on it...............plz help ...any body....I will be grateful

Wow! That was harsh!! He was trying to help and sometimes when you exit out of US, they may not take back your I 94 and that way there is a chance that you could lose it in India!!!!

Can somebody please explain me what is the process if my passport alongwith valid VISA and I-94 is stolen while I am in the US ?

I have filed a police report and i have got the forms to apply for a new passport at the Indian consulate.

1) My question is how do i get the valid VISA stamped on my passport ? By Reading the forums i found out that i have to go out of the US to get this stamped. So can i get the US Visa stamped in any country or does it have to be the country , which issued you the passport, in my case its India.

2) How do i get the duplicate I-94 ? Do i need to apply to the USCIS for this ?

Needless to mention i will be highly obliged to get an answer.
