Bank account details

Hi,

Two of the points listed in the letter to be given by the bank are:

1. Total amount deposited for the past year
2. Average balance last year

I opened my account this year only and do not have any records for last year. Can I skip these details and just mention the date the account was opened and my current balance?

Is it required to give my average monthly balance from my account opening date till now?
