Parents visa got rejected

My parents visa got rejected on July 25th at Chennai office under the famous section 214b.
Most of the common reasons that i read from these discussion forms are
Single Mother,
Both children in USA,
Father working for some top govt company

But my parents doesnot come under any of these categories. My sister is in India with my parents & my brother is in Pune working. I am just trying to find out why their visa got rejected. So that we can work on that area when they go to interview next time which we booked for Feb 02.

hi,

one of the things that help is having the documents very well organized. Include original paystubs, w2s and other documents. Arrange it in a way thats easy for the officer at consulate to find. make sure as far as possible all documents are original and meet the requirements. You can also add a title sheet right on top telling what documents are included and in what order.
