My aunt and my cousins came into us with B2, but my cousin want to be enroll in public schools. But because he has only B2 ,so he can't apply for a social security card. what can I do to help him to ge EDA or get him a social security card. And its there a rule say that a child must have social security card to attend pubic school. thank you for your help.

There is no easy way to apply for social security card or get work permit. Someone needs to sponsor his green card which takes forever.

We are sponsoring my cousin for Tourist visa and I searched everywhere to see if it is easy to sponsor the cousin. At last I found your message related to the cousin.


Can you please clear my following questions.

1. How did you sponsor your cousin for Tourist visa?
2. Does your cousin has same surname as yours?
3. Did you send any special invitaion letter to your cousin?

I am asking these questions, as my cousin's surname is different from mine and she is not directly related to our family also.

She is married and has a kid. She is house wife.
