how to get letter from Sanetor

Hi everyone,
I want to get letter from sanetor so that it may help in getting visa for my parents.
Can anybody let me know how to get letter from sanetor and what is the format of request letter?

Don't waste your time as it is not useful in most cases.

Please do not worry about the senator letter especially if it is your parents' 1st or 2nd attempt. If they were rejected multiple times, senator letter may help, but not for the first time. Good luck!!
