Hi,

I had my visa rejected in 1992 twice and once in 1999 both showing insufficient ties . Now i wish to apply for a Business visa once again and i m financially stronger than my preivious application time.My own brother is in USA who is a green card holder should i ask to provide me with a affidavit of support or should i go ahead without it .All business i have done with US is trough his company only.I am 35 yrs old,married and have kids.Please advise

I wld say you self-sponsor, showing family, business ties etc.

have u got the business visa? i have got a similar case like u. i was rejected twice in 94, and once in 96. then after 10 years i am now established enough and married. Now i would like to visit my sis in us. both my parents are green card holder and both my sisters are us citizen now.

can u suggest me frm ur exp?

Hi Masud,

I would be applying in around last week of November 2006 by that time all my latest balance sheets and Tax papers for this financial ear would also come.

After gping all the message through this forum i feel you hve to present your case in n elborate and honest way and keep on trying and there is no reason
of not geting one.
