Help for parents traveling from Hyderbad

I have booked tickets for my parents on Sep 20th. They will be travelling on Northwest airlines from Hyderabad-AmsterDam.

Does anyone know anybody traveling on that date through Northwest.
I was thinking it will be little helpful for parents as they are coming first time to USA.

Please let me know.
