Pink Slip given by HDFC bank missing

Hi all,

My parents couldn't locate the pink slip given by the HDFC?
Is it ok to just carry the Interview confirmation letter ( printed from the vfs website ) instead.

Can any one help me on this. I am wondering if we need original pink slip that was given by HDFC at the time of the interview.
