When you go for the green card interview after marriage , you will be asked questions about
where you met etc. and they will find out that you had preconceived intent
to marry when you entered on a visitor visa and that may create trouble

Yes, he is American and i have been in relationship for about 1 year now. will this still create a problem? I know that I will be asked abou thee evidence, etc. so i am keeping all the documents supporting with me.
I am confised about this because he can't come here and the only way is I come there and marry there and don't go back. Any advices will be very appreciated.

If you are both engaged, the safest way is to go for a fiance visa (k1). He can file for your fiance visa
in US and you will get it in your home country. It takes some time to get it and you will have 90 days to get married in US on a fiance visa.
