On B2, Leaving before H Work Visa Approval

Hi, I am on valid B2 visa but I have to leave the US immediately. The problem is that an employer has filed an H visa for me. In case we withdraw this petition, do you think I will have a hard time next time I come to the US? Though I do not plan to be back really soon.

This is my third time in the US. First two were single entry B1 visas, on business. This one is for pleasure and I have been here for close to a year (B2 extension approved).

My profession back home requires that I travel to the US once in a while. Do you think my extension will have an effect next time I come here on business?

I don't see any problem either way, whether you keep H1 petition or withdraw it.
