Hi,
I have been in the U.S since June 2006 and have'nt filed any tax returns so far, but have been paying tax, as per regulations.
Now i need to sponsor my parents and they have their visa interview in december. As tax return proofs are one of the documents required for the visa, so can anyone suggest how I should get around with this issue..is it okay if i just show proof of tax payment for the months i have been here?? How important is tax return documentation??
Any suggestions or experiences on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
