Question on cancelling appointment..cannot cancel

I am trying to cancel appointment for my parents in law nad prepone it to an earlier date.

I am entering all information correctly but the appointment is not getting cancelled. I think i am not sure how to enter the "Mother’s Name:*" field in the cancel request form.

If my father-in-law's mothers name is "firstname middlename lastname" should i enter the whole name with spaces in the field? Also the characters appear as dots in the text field.

Please Help!

Hi rohit,
For example if you are going to cancel your father's appointment the mother name is your fathers mother name. Not yours. At the same time you need to enter only the first name not the last name.

Rohit,

You should enter your FIL's mother's name. You will have to use the SAME name as you had specified when you booked the appointment. You would have given one of the following when you booked the appt: "first name" or "firstname SPACE middlename" or "firstname space middlename space last name" or "first letter of last name.first name space middle name" etc. Try all these combinations and one of them will work. If your FIL's mom's name is complicated with several words and if you don't remember which words you had abbreviated, try the same exercise with your MIL's details. If you have taken a "joint" appt for your FIL and MIL, you can login using either your FIL's details or MIL's details - hence, try all the possibilities.
