Visit Visa for my Spouse

How much chances are there for getting a visit visa for spouse of a green card holder. This is for my friend. She is a green card holder and has applied for spouse for her husband also, but they had given an approximate procesing time of 900 days. Is it possible for her to apply for visit visa for her husband, if possible what all documents are required ?? Please help

Well, visitor visas in such cases are not granted. So please do not waste your time and money.

But other options are possible; H-1b and L-1 visas if the spouse qualifies;
They are not affected by a pending immigrant application.
