Receipt notice - Documentation for visitor visa interview

Hi,
My parents have a visitor visa interview scheduled in Oct 3rd week. My H1 visa is currently in transfer state. I have the receipt number notice of the transfer with me. Could any one suggest me that can I invite my parents or should my husband invite them?
