Urgent - Someone has used my Dad's passport information

Hello All,

I have saved my Dad's and Mom's information in VFS 2 months back and didnt confirm the date. When i try to confirm the date today as many slots are open, its says my Dad's date as been confirmed and mom's forms are not attached to it. And when i login for my mom it says my mom appt has been rescheduled twice so DD will get active on 13 Oct. No one knows this information other than my brother and me. Neither me nor my brother has try to look into this since 2 months.
It looks as if someone has used our information. My friends were saying there are consultancies who change the information for the customers in VFS taking good amount of money. I dont know what is going on, dont know what to do. In my Dad 156 forms some other name appear.

Please suggest what should i do, whom should i contact. If this type of things happened earlier, please let me know your experiences.

oh boy, thats unbelievable! You need to contact US consulate at once and let them know. You may also have to file a FIR with police. Print out the DS-156 that are in the other person's name when you go to police.
