Interview on same day for In-laws and mother

My in-laws and my mother are having the interview on the same day and at the same time. I am the sponsor for them.

Please let me know if it is ok to have interview on the same day for them or do I need to send my in-laws on one day and my mother on some other day.

My cousin took an appointment for his mother and in-laws together. And all three got the visa. I think he mentioned that they will be travelling together to US. His mom's visa was rejected earlier.
