DS-157 Box 13

Hello, I have made regular monthly donations in form of cash to a temple charitable trust which works for the poor and needy people. Though i am not participating or a member in their activities.
(1)How do i mention this in box no 13 of DS-157 form?
OR
(2)Do i just ignore and write NONE in this box?
I hold all the cash receipts for my donations.
Please help someone
