    I am applying a Visa for my Mom.Who should i get the affidavit signed from?Is it okay to get it signed from a Notary public?

    You need to get affidavit of support (I-134) signed by a notary.

      You need to sign in front of notary.

      And then notary will sign and put a seal certifying that you indeed signed the form.
