Second entry on B2

Hi My Parents got their B2 Visa for 10 years & they visited me last year. They are planning to visit again. Do I need to send any papers again ?

What should they carry with them ? Also, is this a dependent Visa ? Can they visit USA even if I am not here ?

You dont have to send any papers. And it is not an Dependant visa so they can visit anytime they want to
