language has NA, in the appointment letter??

    language has NA, in the appointment letter??

    Hi,
    I booked an appointment for my Aunt for JAn 4th2007 in september and I remember choosing Telugu for the language.
    NOw when I print the Appointment letter, it shows NA.
    Any idea what this means?
    DO I need to rechedule to get telugu or will they give translator if we ask there at Chennai consulate?
