whom to call VFS or Blue Dart courier service

hi

my mom had interview on monday nov 27 and her visa was granted. We have given Blue Dart address in Bangalore. I am tracking in the website......it says passport has not been handeled to VFS.its already 4 days now....whom should i call VFS or Blue dart????????? for this i am not able to book ticket also......my due date is 16th Dec

I think you could call the VFS center. My parents has a intreview on 29 nov and it passport tarcker says that it has been handed to blue dart.
