Here written article no 37 that don't lie regarding about yoru close relatives and I Have my own brother who is already separated and living in US in permanent resident ........He was selected through diversity visa program ( you may be well aware that Nepal is under the visa diversity program) and now setteled in USA, I want to apply for us visa solely for tourism and my one of friend wants to help me because I helped him alot and to fill the application form shud I mention that my brother is in US and staying legally in the status of permanent resident .............................
so my question is that do they have a record that my brother is in US or do they keep the records od those people who apply for immigrant visa program?
if they know how cud they know that he is my brother ? do they keep the record of my parents?
so please help me regarding this information I am utterly confused and if I say yes I am pretty sure they won't issue me visa because my brother is not going to help me and this is the reason i don't want to take his name, I have my own business here, my parents are with me and I have travelled alot more than 15 countries and I have my one american friend who wants to invite me for new year celebration because when I spent one year in my city pokhara nepal I helped him alot.
